The companies have committed at least $630 billion this year, and some \u200cinvestors \u2060fear a growing AI-led bubble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>George Washington University, which is based in Washington, said the deal allows the university the option to keep programs at the site for up to five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u200buniversity said the \u200bsale was &#8220;part \u2060of a broader strategy to strengthen GW\u2019s long-term financial health and to invest more deeply in \u200bour academic mission and community&#8221; but did not \u200bresolve \u2060the underlying causes of its structural deficit .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GWU took actions last year to cut costs, including axing some jobs, curbing travel, reducing \u2060capital spending, \u200band temporarily cutting salaries of the \u200buniversity\u2019s leadership team.
