Exciting news from the SkyChatz team! We’ve just launched a Live Server Status Dashboard to provide real-time transparency about our infrastructure’s health and performance.
What is it?
The dashboard is a public-facing webpage that displays the current status of all critical SkyChatz services in real-time. It’s designed to give users immediate insight into system performance and any ongoing issues.
Key Features:
Real-time Monitoring: See the live status of core services like the Main Chat Server, Database Cluster, Authentication Service, Media Uploads, and the AI Processing Backend.
Clear Status Indicators: Each service is marked with an easy-to-understand icon and color (Green = Operational, Yellow = Degraded, Red = Outage).
Historical Uptime Data: View 30-day uptime percentages for each service at a glance.
Incident History: A log of past incidents with timestamps, descriptions, and resolution statuses.
Public API Access: Developers can integrate this data into their own monitoring systems using our public JSON API endpoint.
